Terms & Conditions of Cloud Speed Circuit

1. OBJECTIVE:

The “Cloud Speed Circuit” program by invitation only, designed to support partners in growing their Microsoft Azure Solutions business while fostering engagement and strengthening connections with Microsoft. This program is sponsored by Microsoft and managed by Pulp Strategy Communications Private Limited.

2. PROGRAM PERIOD:

The “Cloud Speed Circuit” program will be operational from 12:00 AM IST on December 16, 2024, until 11:59 PM IST on April 30, 2025 (“Program Period”).

3. SPONSOR:

Microsoft Gurugram DLF Downtown, 8th Floor, DLF City Phase 3 Rd, Gurugram, Haryana 122002.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

(A) The “Cloud Speed Circuit” program is open to the following:

  • 1. Active Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) or Partners located in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Nepal.
  • 2. Active MPN Partners with existing CSP business.
  • 3. CSP direct/indirect resellers or indirect providers catering to small business (SMB) customers.
    1. a. SMB customers must have both their registered address and billing address within India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Nepal to attribute the revenue generated during the Program Period to the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program.
    2. b. For this program, SMB customers include only new customers who are not part of Microsoft’s managed segment list (i.e., excluding Enterprise, Public Sector, Government, Education, SMCC, Digital Natives).

(B) Employees and directors of Microsoft Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies, as well as individuals involved in the execution or administration of the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program, and their family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household), are not eligible to participate.

(C) Participation in the program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of:

  • 1. These terms and conditions.
  • 2. The Privacy Policy located at Link, which are binding and final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as outlined in these official rules.

(D) The program eligibility is only for new gross customer adds. Eligible products for the program include only Azure cloud services (CSP). New Customers added and or revenue generated from any other product will not qualify under the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program. Revenue must be billed or consumed during the Program Period. Additionally, participants must meet the respective tier criteria outlined in Clause 6.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate in the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program, you must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 4.

If you qualify, please register by providing the following details:

  • 1. Legal entity name of the company.
  • 2. MPN ID.
  • 3. Name and designation of the company’s primary representative.
  • 4. Contact details of the primary representative, including phone number, business email ID, and organization address.

Microsoft or the organizers are not responsible for excessive, lost, late, or incomplete entries.

6. WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be selected by Microsoft or their designated agent from among all eligible entries based on the following criteria:

Cloud Speed Circuit Program Winner Criteria

  • a) The winner(s) in each category will be the partner(s) with the highest number of customers adds during the program duration, as defined in these Terms. The category of the partner will be determined based on their MPN ID and relationship category with Microsoft. Winners will be the entrant(s) with the highest qualifying customer adds.
  • b) In the event of a tie within the same category (i.e., two or more partners achieving the same number of customers adds), the partner with the highest net new revenue for the program’s final month (April CSP ACR –(minus) December CSP ACR) will be considered the winner. If the tie persists, the partner with the highest program points will be selected, subject to the maximum number of winners allowed per category. If the required number of qualifying entries is not met, Organizer’s reserve the right to select fewer winners than the prizes designated.
  • d) Only revenue generated, or customer adds acquired during the Program Period will be considered for the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program. Revenue or customer adds earned before or after the Program Period will not qualify.
  • e) Each organization is eligible for only one prize, in one category, based on its credentials.
  • f) Partners eligible for the prize (as per Clause 4) must add the maximum number of customers during the program duration to qualify. For tie-breaking scenarios, revenue may be considered. Only gross new customer adds, and new customer revenue are eligible for this program.
  • g) Eligible Partners:
    1. • CSP Direct Tier 1 and Tier 2
    2. • CSP Reseller Partners
    3. • CSP Indirect Partners
  • h) Eligible Revenue/Customers:
    1. • New customer adds for Azure
    2. • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for Azure
    3. • Pricing Line: CSP only
  • i) organizers reserve the right to expand or modify the winner slabs and categories during the program, which may result in an increase or alteration in the number of slabs or categories.

7. Prize Award and Winner Verification

  • a) Winners will be determined on or before June 30, 2025.
  • b) Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration with instructions on how to claim their prize, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to claim their prize, or does not complete the required forms, they will forfeit the prize.
  • c) Please allow 4–6 weeks from the program’s closure date for the verification and prize distribution process.
  • d) Verification Clause: All potential winning entries are subject to verification by Microsoft or its agent, whose decisions are final. An entrant is not considered a winner until eligibility and the winning entry have been verified, and the entrant has been officially notified of the same. Any entries submitted after a system failure or outside the program period are void. Microsoft and its administrators are not responsible for system failures or errors leading to non-acceptance or non-delivery of any entry during the program period. The responsibility for successfully submitting a valid entry rest solely with the entrant.

8. Prizes and Eligibility

All qualified entrants will receive an invitation to the Winners’ Award ceremony, where winners from each slab/category will be recognized.

Prize Conditions:

  • • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
  • • If a prize is unavailable, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value.
  • • Any unclaimed or undelivered prizes after the promotional period will not be awarded.
  • • Winners are responsible for all central, state, and local taxes, including income taxes on the prizes.
  • • If required by law, the sponsor may notify local, state, and central tax authorities about the prize’s value and winner details.

Prize Details

As outlined above, a variety of prizes will be awarded for each slab. The details of these prizes are as follows:

  • (i) Winners’ Trophy
    1. • Each winner will receive a personalized trophy to recognize their performance. The trophy will include the winner’s organization name.
  • (ii) Winner Spotlight with Microsoft Leadership
    1. • Winners will have an exclusive recorded meeting with Microsoft leadership, presented as a “Spotlight on the Winners” chat. This video will be shared with the winners for their use.
  • (iii) Targeted LinkedIn Ad Campaign
    1. • A promotional video featuring the winner will be created based on pre-approved script format. Organizers, agency will run the video ad for the partner on LinkedIn, with a media budget not exceeding INR 50,000/- (inclusive of applicable taxes, levies).
  • (iv) Goodies / Gift Hamper
    1. • Each winner will receive a token gift hamper.

All prizes are subject to the terms outlined in Clause 8 of this document.

9. Privacy

By registering for the program, participants acknowledge and agree that Microsoft, Pulp Strategy, and the program organizers may contact them via email, phone, or messaging platforms to share program-related information. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, guidance, queries, and RSVP requests.

10. Release of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all participants in the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program agree to release and hold harmless Microsoft, Pulp Strategy, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, damage, loss, or personal injury arising out of participation in the program.

Participants further agree to indemnify and keep Microsoft, Pulp Strategy, and their associated entities indemnified against any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense resulting from the participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or arising out of their participation in the program.

This program is subject to all applicable local laws. Decisions made by Microsoft and Pulp Strategy regarding the program are final and binding.

Microsoft reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program and its rewards for any reason, including but not limited to cheating, technical failure, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control. If the program’s integrity is compromised, Microsoft may select winners from all eligible entries received before the suspension or cancellation. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may be banned from future Microsoft programs.

11. Microsoft’s Intellectual Property Rights

Nothing in the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program affects Microsoft’s intellectual property rights in its products or services.

12. Disclaimer

Microsoft makes no representations or warranties regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of the “Cloud Speed Circuit” program, its results, prizes, or any other aspect of the program.

13. Modification of Terms and Conditions

To the extent permitted by law, Microsoft reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or withdraw the program at any time without incurring liability.

14. Governing Law

The “Cloud Speed Circuit” program and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of India. All participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, for any disputes arising out of or relating to this program.
